It jus keeps getting worse

Been having trouble with my car (alternator) Took it out friday. Had car parked in my back yard, when I got home from church on Sat saw my front windows were down about 2". Bad thing is it rained all day Sat so interior got soaked I know I closed the windows on friday cuz i did it with the key in the lock.

Any thoughts on how the windows might have went down (rain shorted something?)

Also just tried to turn windows dwn from lock and it doesn't open...

Were all the windows equally or just one? I had a window get off the track once and it would fall down on its own.

Do you have the remote programed for them to roll down or up from the lock/unlock buttons? I did this once on my A6 when I sat down in my garage I see my windows start rolling down. It took me like an hour to figure out what happened. The keys were in my pocket and the unlock button was wedged against the side of the chair.

Yeah I do but didnt have the key and i was no where near the car... I asked my mom if she was playing with the key I gave her and she said no... so just wondering if it were possible that a module went bad or shorted......
