Tire shop recommendation

I went to Performance Plus Tires and Automotive in Long Beach last week for a rim/tire install and had a great experience. They were extremely pleasant and attentive and gave me a great deal on my Vredestein's. I highly recommend them and will be going there again for tires on my other vehicle soon.

any run-ins with the law cause of the 15%? I want them about that dark I'm just concerned about the cops. I never seem to catch a break...

Personally, I have not had problems with this tint and the law (knock on wood).

i have 20% and have got 2 tint tickets in the last 2 years

whatever. I'm going to risk it. 20% all around today. I'm nervous about the first week though because thats when i can't roll down my windows. I drive with the windows down often enough that i figure the 20% all around wont be an issue, but not for the next week...

Only 24hrs, Ive had 15% on for the last year and half. Got pulled over for no front plate and the idiot cop made me roll up my windows before he left and added a tint ticket. But fix-it tickets like that can be written off by "friends" and dont go on your record/points.

Any recommendations for tire shop installs in OC?

Just got a set powdercoated and I don't want any scratches during the install.

I don't know any shops OC. But I recommend Ranchill Motorsports in Bellfower, It might be a bit of a drive for you, but it's worth it, they do a good job. I get everything done there. Ask for Ro the owner, He also owns an audi A8 like mine.

why don't you just call VMR, maybe they'll even do it for you.

Ya... bring the wheel and tires by. We don't perform installations here but we can mount/balance for you for $60.
