    Just got a CEL

    Just yesturday i did an oil change on my car and today as i was driving from walmart lol my CEL came up. Does it have anything to do with me changing the oil.

    Can one of those autozone lil scaners can tell what the hell happen. or i need a special scanner for the audis.

    Nope. The Autozone can get you the code. Then you would need to look it up from here. If you can not find it on there, you should post a new thread inquiring of what that code relates to. People on this forum should be able to help you from there. Peace!

    Did you reconnect the coolant reservoir sensor? (if you took it off)

    I don't know about oil changes in a 2.8, if that is what you have. But did you go check to see what codes they were?

    Get your codes checked. No one can help you if they don't know what the CEL is for. Why not do it now. It takes maybe 2 min. You scan the car and write down the codes. Then you clear the codes from the ECU (there will be option on the scanner to clear codes). Your CEL will go away. And if problem is still there, it will pop back on. Then go to the link I provided and see what it means.
