What quality are you saving your jpegs as in photoshop? 63kb on an 800x536 is pretty low.

Are you having photobucket resize them?

Try saving them as .png and uploading them with imageshack

1000x699 and no photobucket doesnt resize them at that resolution. The resized versions on my computer, just not uploaded, still look great.

what's the file size on on your computer? Something of that size should be 400kb+ not 63kb

Check your color space. Pictures to be posted on the web should be sRGB. Yours are "uncalibrated" meaning that they are not sRGB. Therefore your pictures will not look the same in photoshop and on the web.

B&W just "works" for light colored cars I think. Dark cars seem to benefit more in color shots.

I dont have the hi-res versions, it hasn't been in ET yet. Darren Maybury was the photographer though if you know him. Does alot of work for PVW.

GTI looks great BTW! Definitely should have kept the A4 though, especially with how it looks now

He is a very good friend of mine.. He also shoots for Redline, and FastCar.. Both again from the UK.

Yea if the shots are his, then I wouldn't want to use them.. He owns the rights to them and I know won't release them to you unless you pay, which is common but I would rather come down and shoot it myself, this way its free for everyone lol!

Well I am going to be doing a lot of traveling in the next couple of months.. All business but going to be doing shoots for a couple of misc. mags along with for tuned.com..

I know of a couple of other exotics in the area that I will be shooting, so why not get some of my Audi guys too, right?

I will def keep you updated, but if you have any pics that you have taken of that a buddy of yours has taken, that looks sick.. I would be more then happy to put them on the Tuned Galleries for now.. Like I said just make sure you give me the photographers name so I can give the credit.

Car looks amazing, but I'd love to see the first one in color. I can just tell how great the colors are even if it is B&W. You're also progressing pretty fast with the photography stuff, keep it up man.

Tuned.com is a project that my buddy and I are working, it has no affiliation to TWC as of yet.. Of course being a manager for TWC reaps its benefits and I have the access to the cars for the site, but like I said the site is only acting as a gallery micro site for right now. We are developing our REAL site and will launch spring of 2009.. I can't say much as of yet, don't wanna let the cat outta the bag (damn cats), but trust me it will be something you'll want to keep an eye out for.

Obviously, like I said in the other thread, I am one of the Team Managers for TWC East.. A lot of cars are still in development now and will be coming out for next season. Also, as you probably know next year will be a more east coast predominant season.

Do me a favor, send over some Hi-res shots you would like to see on the site.. and I will def get them up there. Shoot them to the email in my sig..

If you're asking about my car, Tein SS Coilovers, 24.25" to the front fender arch, 24.5 in the rear. No spacers, just custom made wheels (width and offset per my request). Fronts are 19x8.5 ET39 with 235/35, no rubbing at all whatsoever, Rears are 19x9.5 ET36 with 245/35, it slightly rubs on BIG bumps/dips or when I have alot of weight in the back. Nothing thats going to hurt anything though, rubs on the corner of the tread/sidewall on the smooth inside lip of the fender. Does polish the corner of the tire nicely!
