Sulfur smells like rotten eggs. Sulfur is what it is in your cats., you hacve bad cats. Vag your car and see what codes come up, and also if your losing coolant and your not seeing it on the ground and your not seeing it come out of your tail pipes then its going into the crankcase. Do an oil change and send a sample to blackstone. Goodluck bud

i brought it to the shop and they told me the problem was my 2nd cylinder is misfiring... but he said that it might actually be the whole engine thats jacked up... what are the chances that its my whole engine??

someone in SF should be able to help you vag-com it.
if you are misfiring it could be for a number of different reasons probably not related to the cat issue.
go to autozone and get a compression tester if you think theres a problem with your motor. "it might be the whole engine..." dont listen to that nonsense. get answers for yourself!

engine coolant going down fast + cylinder/engine issue could very well be a blown head gasket. which, depending on circumstances could mean significant engine damage.

UPDATED.... he told me it was the ignition module that is causing the misfire in cylinder 2... shouldnt it be causing the other 2 to misfire too?

    Re: Omg Another Problem....

if you want to check that out to see if its correct, switch the wires around on the ICMs on top of the airbox. take the big one from one and clip into other take small from one swap to other etc.... dont have to literally MOVE them, just the wires... if the misfire follows to the other bank then that's your problem
