    Another one bites the dust...

So I JUST got my car back from the shop yesterday after it was in there for 3 weeks waiting for a flywheel to come in to finish my clutch project.

Drove it today, and all of a sudden when I came to a stop at a red light, my vaccum reading on my boost guage suddenly jumped up to 10 in/hg. Usually it sits at a constant 20 -22 when warmed up. So I take off from the light and the car bogs real bad, sputters a little, then hits 3k RPMS and the needle drops back down to 20 in/hg, and stays there till I stop again.
No CEL, but the car is showing codes for bank 1/1 running to rich/lean and is in limp now.

Vaccum leak I'm guessing? Maybe blowing my O2 sensors out? Anyone heard of anything liek this before, of the vaccum rising when stopped, and going back down when going?
any help is greatly appreciated. I haven;t been able to drive my car normally for over 2 months now without something going wrong.

Also where are the main vaccum lines that I could check. I popped the hood to see if I could find any obvious rips in hoses, but I just end up getting confused on what's what and what goes where....I have not the slightest clue on where any vaccum lines are.
I searched for a diagram, but no luck...

I was expecting another totaled/crashed B5 when I read the thread title.

Probably one of the lines connected to your intake mani popped off. Mine did that too when a vacuum line underneath the mani going to the pcv system came off. Boosts fine but when I idle, vacuum is messed up. Check all the lines connected to the intake mani.

If the vaccum is falling under excel. that is right. Theres a leak somewhere, and when the load is off of the leak (Throttle) the vaccum will fall. When the motor is at idle and pressure builds in the lines it doesnt have anywhere to go but build up in your lines.
