new to bentley manual

hey guys i just got my bently manual in the mial... do i need to be hooked up to the internet in order to get it started? if so, do i need to stay hooked up to the internet in order to use it? thanks!!

I think you can activate it over the phone. Once you activate you copy you don't need to be online to use it, only if you want to download updates.
