Just got my block back from the shop, have scat rods stock AEB pistons, they polished and balanced it for me....i want to hit 350 whp, so i talked to ecs and Issam and they said gt3071r will get me there. So her's what i'm thinking of :
gt3071r kit, 630's, with chris tapp tune, and the rest of the supporting mods because i don't feel like typing them

guess im getting hyped cause my motor will be back together this week, and my buddy just got an 06 speed 6 and it pulls hard...just wonder if a 3071r will get me to 350 whp...let me know what you guys think?

i just want to whoop A** at the races !!!!

ohh and ill post pics of my build soon tomorrow possiblly- thanks travis

350whp is very doable with an aeb head and a good tune.

out of the box on pump gas and 23 psi...i don't think you'll hit 350 depending on the dyno. A little meth spray an higher boost then yes very doable.

good luck dude. speaking from experience. i am on my way to 400hp, not whp... but its one thing after the other. just plan ahead and research and make sure you have the funds. i am already double my initial budget and now i think the head and/or engine needs to be pulled again..

Re: going gt3071r, what kind of numbers to expect?

i got my audi for 2500 bucks so ive probably spent 2 g's on parts without the turbo kit, but that for a fully reabuilt motor with a new head and scat rods, new timing belt kit from ecs and a bunch of other goodies, i probably figure up to 7 gs before im done with the BT setup it should be worth it though....ohhh and 3 bottles of tylenol 8hr for all the headaches + 20 bucks
