    New mods w/new pics

Had a busy couple of weeks, I just got done installing some new mods so I figured I would take some pictures.
I installed an RS4 grill and used the chrome surround from my old s-line grill to match the window trim, I also made a custom camera mount for the track, installed the VMR boost gauge, and my passport 8500 hardwired using an OEM dash button as the mute switch. Enjoy!

Looks very clean! It appears you have some money to blow, as you have an 08 w/ more mods on it than some guys who have 5 year old cars, lol

    Keep up the good work

    Re: New mods w/new pics

Thanks! I got a great deal on it, most of the mods were dealer installed. Didn't get the technology package, nor cold weather, nor bose sound to compensate for the dealer installed STaSIS parts

    man i love those wheels

edit: those are 19" right? I think you could get away with 20s on the b6/b7 without looking too pimp my ride.

Your car looks great man. I really like the CE's and boost gauge. Fits your cluster setup.

lol, yeah that was the most expensive part of the mount by far. Only spend $75 to build the whole thing. Been using an old handheld JVC camcorder

Nice car, love the rims. I have the same blank face momentary switch that I am going to install as the mute switch for my V1. Is the green LED light always on?

Also, what wires did you tap for the two light wires on the loom for the switch?

    Thanks

Thanks, The "S" sticker is the STaSIS logo. I de-badged everything else, but felt I just had to leave those on as its a STaSIS signature car

Ok so the green light only flashes when the detector comes on. We used a DIY from audiworld that was for an A3 but worked pretty well for the application. Really cool and convenient mod that makes you're interior look so much better. You'll love it. Here is the link

Very very nice wheels, I like them since I remember seeing them, not just because of the looks, mainly bc of their weight...I've told you so already...
Like the mount for the camera, but since I will be changing seats it has no use for me...
However i am looking for a way to mount a camera in the car...
I will need it soon enough
