Wow, 2.3 - 2.4 bar target boost with just a little software tweak, eh.
The load thing is just the regualr load calculation. I'd like to know what it is at idle and AC off.
As for the thing with the oil. I think that's getting on quite a stretch there. You would also see higher temps from the cat if the thing was running lean from a "tricked" O2 and trying to burn off the excess oil. Oil going through the exhaust would not really "trick" the O2's much anyways, rather just damage it. You would have noticed the thing being all gunked up anyways with some pretty narely carbon build up plus having some pretty concerning oil consumption on top of all that. I would also expect more inconsistant fuel trim numbers and faults seting if the O2 getting screwed up from oil.
The fuel trim numbers suggest good fuel pressure.
Anywho, I realise it sounds strange, and I never believed in this myself for the longest time until I came across a number of weird issues, but just for shits and grins and for the sake of calling me an idiot if you'd like, disconnect both terminals on the battery and leave it disconnected for a good 20 minutes at least and touch the two cables together for a few seconds before reconnecting. Then run the throttle adaptation and see if target boost numbers go back to what they should be. Yes yes yes, I know it sounds retarded, and I know that microsoft doesn't write the software for these things, but just do it, seriously just do.
