Am I going to kill my car if I ride around missing one hub centric ring?

I just got my wheels....but they are missing on hub centric ring and the ones I ordered wont be here for a couple days.

The rings a 66.6 to 57.1.....seems kinda like a big gap

you're perfectly fine running w/o them. just tighten the wheels down in a star pattern.

put them on loose in a star pattern, then go hand tight in a star pattern, then torque in a star pattern.

even if you don't do all of that. the worst worst case, you get some vibrations. thats it.

to help minimize any vibration, do as 3ohAvant said, but torque the wheel while it is still in the air. that way they will center via the lug bolts without any weight being put on the wheel.

    Yea.. You'll be good.

If you do plan on driving over 5k miles with out it though, make sure you check the lugs.. You don't want to end up at 80 mph on the highway and lose a wheel, would be horrific. Just be careful, check them every couple of thousand miles.

Cosmetic item, so no, albeit some vibration. But you would if you ran around with only one lug nut...

yep, and after you're done, spin the wheel freely in the air with something(i've used a flashlight before) up against the tire(like 1mm away) and look at it to see if it's strait or not. if the tire stays the same distance away from the object then you're good to go. if it's lop-sided, then find that spot that sticks out and torque down a bit more
