finally got a titanium!

After over a year of deciding, I just put the money down on a gently used (only 7,000 miles) 2008 A4 quattro titanium s-line, 6spd, phantom black.
Still having some second thoughts because I'm getting rid of my perfect condition 05 VW GLI and replacing it with the A4, but I think its a definate upgrade. I just get so emotionally attached to my cars!

Here are some pics from the ad, I cant wait to get it home so I can clean it up and get some more pics, then start adding my own personal touches!

trust me, you will be very happy. I went from a mk 4 jetta with all the mods you can possibly bolt on and I thought I would have a hard time getting over it. Yea, that lasted about 5 micro seconds after driving it home.

Thanks for the reassurance! I'm still pretty sad about getting rid of the GLI, but I think I'll be really happy once I get the A4 home.
I love your ibis white, that was the color I wanted but hard to find in titanium. I hope the phantom black doesnt dissapoint... but the white is HOT!

Yes I'm thinking of tinting, not too dark though cuz that would be alotta black! Any reccomendations? I used to have a black jetta back in the day and I believe it was 20%, looked real good.

Always good to have some more females on the board that enjoy driving, cleaning, and working on cars as much as the guys.

I personally really like dark tint on a black car. I have a Silver car, and I'll be getting 15% tint here in the next couple weeks. It's all preference, and also what's legal where you live.

Definite upgrade for quattro alone, not that the GLI isn't a nice car.

Yeah I feel good about the quattro, I work at a hospital which means I have to be there no matter what the weather is. The GLI did well last winter with snow tires, but just for peace of mind, I've always wanted something with AWD.

Besides the color we have the exact same car. I have the "Brilliant Black." I looked forever for the "Phantom Black" but had to settle on the "Brilliant Black". I got a 30% tint from the front to the back. I think I should had gotten the 35% tint though. And Congrats on the car!

I would get 35% all around. Its a very clean look on the car, but I took a chance of getting limo all the way around except for the front two windows and i'm in love.

Sick ride! The titanium package looks amazing on all colors! I wish I had spent the extra cash and gone with the 08 rather then a used 06, but either way its my first Audi and I love it!

You did very well girl, that is a sweet ride! MT6 FTW! B7 S-line Ti's are going to be highly desirable in the future. Similar to the B6 Ultrasports. MT6 is especially rare.
