    V1 hardwire question

While scoping out the fuse box and running the power cord for the direct power adapter for my V1, I noticed that my fuse slot 27 is filled (i have a 2000 sedan 6mt, btw).

Is it ok to just remove the fuse, or should I look for another slot?

Since I don't have ESP, would that be a reasonable fuse slot to use?

    TIA

You can just use the 75x terminal. It works perfectly and is hard to miss.

    Re: V1 hardwire question

Does anybody know where one can find install instructions for the V-1? I was going to have it installed at a car audio shop, but if it is really easy then I'll just do it myself.

just from looking around this morning, it should be really easy, just need a wire cutter/stripper/crimper tool and a few connectors...

    Re: V1 hardwire question

its really easy, so try to do it yourself, and if you can then just take it to the shop. But you should be able to tackle it.

As far as the fuse goes there should be a slot for the the "rear wiper" and if you have a sedan that shouldn't be in use and you can tap into that one.
