problem with lights, please help

After installing a new radio in my car, the climate control lights, as well as the hazard light(button inside car) will not go out, even when the headlights are turned off as well as the key is out of the ignition, they stay lit. As for the instrument cluster lights, they will not turn on with the key started, lights on, or anything. The display between the speedometer and the tacometer will display, until the headlights are turned on, and then the display will go out. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? If so, please help.

Try the fuses. take them out and put them back in maybe that will do the job. same thing happen but with my radio i just removed the fuse and put it back in and everything was good

which fuse do I remove? I pulled teh fuse for the lights on the climate control, it was the air conditioning fuse. But the hazard button light is still on, and the illuminatin for the instrument cluster wont come on...
