i have on.. my 02 senser didnt fit in it it wasnt drilled out deep enough

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, I think the more power you have, the less it works. That said it shouldn't be a problem if your are chipped, most tuners have a cat delete file anyway. So in the end it's kind of unneccesary.

Maybe, but if u get stage 1+ ECU flash it will remove the CEL.
