How long have your been chipped?

So since i havent seen something like this before i thought it would be cool to see just how long peoples cars have been chipped on here. I figure it would be cool to see how long these cars can go chipped so that new users can see just how reliable and non threathing a chip is for these cars. Add any comments if you have had good/bad experiences.

All good for me,
K03- good increase in performance and driveability and an economy boost too when not stepping on it.
K04- Not quite as drivable more on/off than the K03 tune as its a more agressive K04 tune i have, but the boost is soooooo adictive. Again economy still ok, if i can restrain myself, as i love tat spool up sound

i do the same thing, with gas these days i can only treat myself to boost once in a while

I'm a mad man at the wheels most times. Been flashed maybe for 2 months. Went with CTapp so when I go BAT I will just upgrade with them. ~21 psi max

One week! Went down to H2Sport on Saturday and got it installed. m5, I think I've seen you cruising around a couple times. Not many late model B5's in town. I'll give you a thumbs up next time I see you.

Nine years total and counting with my APR chip and slowspeed chip before that.

there is no way I could go chipped for that long of a time. I had mine for 6 months. I really want a k04 though

2 years. 130,000 miles on car, 15,000 chipped. Shift knob is pretty worn though; my engine is probably the only thing that isn't shot. Speaking of which, does anyone have an update (98+?) shift knob sitting around that they will sell me? It's just the basic A4 knob but the 97's have really shitty ones.

100,000miles chipped. No play at all in turbo. On my second 710N, and one 'L' hose replaced.... so considering, (reputable) chips are safe and reliable in my books.

Been Chippped for a few months now and loving it. Had to replace my L hose a couple weeks ago tho. Other then that, no engine problems of any kind.

Still waiting to get my KO4 tho. They just need to get back in stock.

i ran my k04 for a while now without a chip and low boost. Got my Ecu + pc16 in and its such a great diffrence. No problems so far , i hope it stays that way
