Unusually Hard Starting after ~2000 mile trip

Hey Guys, I have noticed just recently that my car seems to have a little bit of a difficult time starting after it is completely cold or it may just be after an extended amount of time. I have never had any issue with this but I recently made a ~2000 mile trip which the car performed great and got ~29mpg. It seems as though the fuel pressure is lost and it doesn't prime until I attempt to start it. I turn the key for the normal time it would take and it just stumbles and actually stalled this morning. I then re-attempt and everything is like normal. Any ideas? Clogged fuel filter? I also have a Bosch 044 in tank which is less then 6 months old.

I also pulled a code after the trip for:

16826 - EVAP Emission Control Sys: Small Leak
P0442 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

This is a 2001 APR Stage 3 S4.

evap code could be for gas cap thats what it usually is take it off and make sure it has no visible signs such as rust or discolored, could of not tightend all the way after getting gas.would clear code and drive it to see if it comes back or stop at an emissions center and have them test your gas cap.as far as not wanting to start i had a problem and i know its a totally different beast with my camaro the fuel pump was starting to go and would do the same thing your talking about. What it was doing was kicking on the fuel pump after it built up enough oil pressure so that could be your problem or not just thought i would put that out there. after all they are both cars.
