i saw the new rep app and its pretty cool but i cant figure out how to give someone good or bad rep, also is there a way to see who gave you good/bad rep or is it completely anonymous?

To the left of every post, in between one's account activity icon and the report button is a "thumbs-up-thumbs-down" icon. Clicking that will give you the ability to give positive or negative rep. Between members it is anonymous who gives the rep.

I always sign mine after the comment. Whether it's positive or negative, you deserve it and you should know it's coming from me
