Value of my B5 S4 Avant 6MT?

Somewhat of Feeler....

A Porsche kinda fell into my lap and I'd really like to keep the Pcar. In order to do so, I may have to sell my S4 avant.

How much do you guys think I can ask for the car? I can easily put my stock wheels on and sell LM's on the side when the time comes...

Just seeing what I can get...

Maintenance
-A/C blows cold
-Clutch replaced at 89k 12/2006 due to busted throw out bearing which fried clutch by private Porsche/Audi mechanic
-Starter replaced at 98k 8/2007 by Audi dealer
-Timing belt, water pump ,valve train, and associated goodies replaced and maintained at 98k 8/2007 as preventative maintenance by Audi dealer.
-New rear rotors and pads at 100k 12/2007.
-New front rotors with new pads at 112k 3/2008.
-New rear wheel bearings at 112k 3/2008.
-4 new Michellin Pilot Sport A/S tires on Stock wheels (225/45Z17) at 112k 3/2008.
-Oil changed every 5k with full synthetic
-85% highway miles.
-No accidents.
-Clean title in hand.

The miles really are not too bad, I know of a car w/ 170k w/ rs6 turbos and it's fine. These engines are real tough.
