several indications at once

I'm getting the coolant symbol in the center console, the temp sensor goes to full cold, and the wiper fluid shows empty on the center console too. The coolant overfill shows full, the wiper fluid is full as well so, I am guessing that there is a "motherboard" rather than a few individual sensors that have gone out at the same time. Also, when the car is started cold (after 8 hours of sitting) I do not get any of the above mentioned indications.

SO I drove the car today for 20 min and had absolutely no abnormal indications. What would cause this?
