Carbon Fiber hood OEM Style, Should i leave it raw or paint it??

For one thing, why care what we think? Its your car. Do whatever makes you happy when you look at her in the morning. Hows the clear on the hood now? If its shitty paint it.

It's you car so whatever you like. But on a silver car, I prefer to repaint it than leave it the way it is, don't like the color combo... My 2 cents

Did you get it for the weight savings or to have "the look"?
If purely for weight savings, I would paint it and make it look stock.

Paint it. Bling ain't bling if it looks like shart. Not keen on carbon fiber/silver combo unless it's done properly. And a cf hood by itself does not constitute done properly.

I'd keep it the natural carbon-fiber finish (provided it looks good), get a boot lid to match, and paint the roof black... I've always thought that 3M0Rt4L's (a.k.a. Miraclewhip) ride looked sick!

for the love of god paint it please. your car has some nice accents that make it look great as is (red wheel bolts are key haha stalked your car at WF a bit) i say paint it for sure dont want the look to be too loud and all over the place. its an s4 man doctors drive these friggen things and thats the thing i like most about the car. not only does it serve every function (track, 1/4, highway, DD, snow mobile) it also looks clean as hell and girls love it. keep it clean bro

If you are going to leave it raw, at least take it to a body shop and have a couple extra coats of clear shot. ;)

I kinda like the raw look but make sure the resin it was laid up with is UV resistant. Otherwise it may turn yellow or worse, start to crack.

you should paint it but have it fade a little to show a bit of the CF, or you can paint part of it....there's a lot you can do. Or you can leave it unpainted if it's Stg 3 fast.

well, my thought would be. if it's weight saving, you actually don't want to paint it. becuase, paint technically adds weight...but that's if you're a super freak about the weight.
