B6 S4 Right Bulb died...What are my options?

Hey guys... I searched and read some info, but still a little unclear on my options to replace the headlight bulb. My Q's:

Front right bulb went out last night, do i replace it or do both?

Replace with stock bulb or get an aftermarket set?

What am i looking at in cost for these xenon bulbs?

I bought a pair of D1S bulbs from him a few months ago, they made a big difference. Also, their prices have gone DOWN recently (a rare thing these days).
