I have a test pipe with a antifowler on it. It does hickup. Would that be the problem you think.

To my understanding, the fouler mod is to be done to the secondary 02 sensor. This code is for the primary sensor. Maybe it needs replacement? Depending on what year car you have, this may be the cheapest you will find. I got both mine from this guy (when he had a way greater inventory), but they come as the sensors with maybe 8" of cable/wire (no connector on other end. but you could just splice them in). But if it is your connector and not the sensor, that is another story.

If you have a 2001, I have a sensor you can buy... Cheapest anywhere is $125 shipped... This one IS used but only for 8k miles... They are 100k mile sensors... It was replaced under a false assumption that it was bad... It is however, still very good! I'll let you have it for $60 shipped OBO!
