sports package?

what exactly does the sports package come with?
Is it just 17in. rims, sport springs and sport shocks.

Or do you get like extra hp?

No extra hp.
I know the USP has a different front/rear bumper and side blades. Perforated leather steering wheel and shift knob. Trunklid spoiler and 18" USP wheels.
Probably a couple of others I'm missing too though.

I know on 2002 it included the following:

upper front strut tower brace
stiffer shock absorbers
sport springs (lowers the car from stock)
17inch wheels
upgraded front and rear anti-roll bars (aka: sway bars). Well.. definitely rear but the B7 RS4 is so much stiffer (I like).

The USP package is worth every cent. The stock suspension is wallows around corners and allows much body lean, harrd braking transfers an insane amount of the weight forward leading to easier under steer if you have to brake mid corner. The USP is a very worthwhile upgrade.
