So for the past 3 days my headlight switch has been giving me crap, it wants to make crappy contact when in the "on" position.. I have to wiggle it like 4 times for the lights to come on perminently...

Anyone have this issue before? Im thinking of taking out the stalk, cleaning the connections and trying to make the connections more solid...

I havent heard of this issue before..

Same problem over here and its actually quite common. I tried cleaning them and it didn't really help. You can try cleaning it and that may be your fix, but you might end up in my situation where you need a new one. Good luck
BTW, here's a DIY for cleaning the contacts: http://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec114.shtml
