Quick question about centercaps

I'm thinking of purchasing some wheels for the A4, but I will need center caps. I would prefer OEM. Does anyone know what wheel comes with a 3" diameter center cap? The wheel comes with center caps, but they are chrome blanks. I don't necessarily need snap-ins, maybe just a cap that covers the blanks nicely.

if they r blanks, you can always do some type of vinyl sticker..maybe the audi logo..

I thought about that, but just putting rings on the blanks would look cheesey. I checked ebay and found some center cap decals, but 68mm is the biggest I can find.
