    he cant lower it beucase it rides on air ride suspension. I know a mechanic that lowered his all road and it was a crazy bitch to do + it was custom by him.

    It very easy to lower it
    takes about 20 min
    hook the VAG com up go in to level control
    "trick" the car into thinking it higher then it is and it will lower it

    done
