i jus got new hid bulbs and i dont know how to put them in somone help pleeeese

i just did this recently on my car. All i had to do was connect all the wires from the harness to the bulb and the ballast. Then connect the ballast to the battery and find somewhere to mount the ballast. Mine had an adhesive pad so i just had to mount one to the battery and then find another mounting spot for the other side. The bulb should just go into the spot where your oringinal bulb comes out and it should just be simply connecting the bulbs to the ballast and the ballast to the battery. You definitely need the ballast though because without it your lights will be out of control. It controls the amount of power going to the bulb to keep them at a constant level so there's no flickering or anything. But i'd search the DIY threads, someone might already have a write-up for this with pics included or something.

As for the bulb install, you might have to drill a hole in the plastic cover and place the rubber grommet in that for sealing purposes (however since that can be a bitch, i just drilled a small hole across the edge and used some clear seal to seal it up and have had no problems since. Other than that its just pretty easy, there should also be instructions that came with the hid kit. hope this helps.. good luck!
