    Is there any way to view reputation points? I just noticed this feature and it says I have 13 but I only see one with details...

    Just what's in your 'Control Panel'. The number of Rep Points given or taken away depends on the level of the member which gave you a Rep Review. The more positive, active, and senior the member, the more their opinion counts.
