Commonly Known Problems with TT225

Hi guys, never posted here. I am looking at a TT in the FS thread now.click here
2001 Black TT225 with 45Kmiles and going up. I let my friend get an extended warranty if the purchase is made.

so what's the common problems with the TT225? what parts like to fail often?
The turbo itself isn't much of a problem as oppose to K03. that's as much as I know

all stuff that fails is mostly electrical .. sensors mostly

timing belt, water pump, dash lighting, longitudinal sensor, abs controller. thats mainly it.

thanks guys. a extended warranty will take care most of them besides Timing Belt

overheating issues....mainly water pump, haldex system can fail in not properly maintained, windows dont' usually work right, but all and all a solid car
