For the last few weeks my drivers side xenon has been aiming itself very low, sometimes i would be able to shut the lights off and they would re-level and all would be well.
so today, driving up Rt.17 i pulled over to try the little trick because it was getting dark and the light aimed directly in front of the car was messing with my night vision and overall, making it harder to see.
so i turn off the lights, shut off the car, go to turn everything back on, and magically the light is OUT. There's the warning light in the cluster that i assume is the bulb failure light.
so is it the bulb, balast, what usually goes wrong with these lights?
also, this must be some coincidence with the aiming thing, but how the hell do i fix that?
i left my vag-com at home so i cant mess with that, yet.
