    how hard would it be to do the tie toe or something like that?

    Tie rod? It's not too bad, either way you'd need an alignment afterwards. Toe is a M/Fer on tire wear.

    i see. yes a tie rod. i was going to change it when i got home but i don't feel like it now but anyways. they told me that it is seized up and i would have So how hard or what would i need to do? Thanks in advance.

    Unless the tie rod is loose then there's no real reason to replace it. Any good alignment shop should be able to get it freed up to set toe.

    If you don't have access to a torch and some good "vice-grips", I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself. You are talking about the outer tie rod correct? I don't believe that the inner is replaceable on B5's, I may be wrong on that one.

    EDIT:
    The outer tie rod is threaded into the inner. You'll have to pull the boot off of the steering rack to access the inner. It appears that the inner should have a nut a the end. Hold onto that and thread out the outer tie rod.
