Windshield cracked

Did search b4 I post. My friend's B6 A4 wagon's windshield cracked by an accident. There has 2-inch long crack on the right bottom of it. Any good places that I can go to fix it? My friend do not want to spend lot of money on it. I have been using my account asking a lot of questions for my friends recently LOL.

thats not repairable, gotta replace it, i work at safelite auto glass in sacramento if u wanna make a trip up. but yea thats not repairable

I know it is not repairable. My friends got couple quotes from glass shops and they are around $250.

let me know if you find a place as well, I need to get mine replaced same car b6 avant.... started out small on the passenger side now it's in my line of sight need to get it fixed

$250 is great!!! My Avant costed like $400 a few years ago and I just spent $600 on BMW but that was stealership replaced.

It was a Chinese shop on Lawrence Exp. in Sunnyvale. If you want the details I will ask.
Just go to some Chinese shop to get quote. I think they charge around this price. Beware they might want to trick you. Anyway, it ends up about 270 after tax. Will shoot pics of the brand of windshield.
