Question for those with Podi Stepper Gauge

I just installed the stepper gauge last night and I gotta say, it's awesome! I did have one question though, is it possible to wire the gauge up so that the lighting comes on with the headlight switch? Right now the gauge lights up as soon as I turn the ignition. However, I'm not sure if the lighting and the motor from the gauge can be powered independently. If someone has figured out how to do this please advise. Thanks!

The gauge is always backlit.

I'll make a note of this request and speak to the manufacturer about it.

who knows where the igntion wire is on a b5 a4 ? i got everything wired up except for the 2 red wires from the gauge to the igntion. i cant seem to find it and the pics arnt the same as my setup under the dash
