i am sure some people have had good experiences with him, but i did not.

He calls me and tells me he wants them but has to wait a few days, then he pushes it back further and further.

2 weeks after he says he wants the wheels he decides he wants his deposit back and isnt going to buy the wheels. now the other buyers are gone.

do what you will, but i did not have a good experience

I say you keep at least a portion of his deposit....unless you agreed that it was refundable.
