    Anyone have pics of Hella Supertones behind a RS4 grille?

    I did a quick search and figured I would try to ask. I was thinking about wiring my alarm horn to the hella supertones mounted behind my RS4 grille but I cant seem to find a single pic.

    Ideas?

    Went to the local napa and picked up a set of look alikes that are the same dbs for $20. Fabbed up some mounting brackets but now I cant find the stock alarm. Anyone know where it is?

    stock alarm horn is in the trunk.

    The standard horns are mounted on the pass side down low in the front of the car.

    in my expereince the mounting nubs behind the horns make them too long to fit beind the stock grill with normal bars, the rs4 grill may be thinner

    Turbo charged and lowered for better grocery getting :screwy:

    ^Yea the cheapies were too thick for the RS4 grille. I just used them for my stock alarm and they are loud as hell!

    I guess I need to find Hella measurements somewhere, the autozone ones fit but rubbed the AC condeser I think it is and the back of the RS4 grille, just too tight for me.

    6 years later. But on a side note it's an interesting idea, though I believe that it's really a subaru thing that should stay a subi thing. I've never liked the tone, doesn't fit an audi
