My first MODS?

Hey Ya'll....

on my second audi in three years(old 06 a3) new 08 A4 2.0 s-line titanium, brilliant red/black on black, xenon, bose.

These are my questions, will c/o fuk with the s-line suspension, should I chip it? (commute 70 miles back and fourth to work) what's the best tint, like it elegant, not ghetto. also, I live in san francisco, where the streets are paved with pot holes, should I lower it?

c/o cant fuck with your sline suspension, because c/os are completly a new suspension in their own.. so i dont really get that question

chip it? maybe if you want your car to be faster and perform a little better

for elegant tint id say 30%

as far as lowing it.. if your going to keep the sline rims.. there might not be a need to lower it unless you really love the look.. but if you throw some new wheels on then yea lowed it.. it will look better and perform a little better

I just came back from San Fran and damn was it cold! I would chip it makes a very big difference. And for tint 3M is pretty good. If you want a higher end tint go for ceramic tint. It doesn't look as dark or I guess as ghetto haha but you will have to pay a lot more for it

go to www.ecstuning.com and order yourself an apr tune, new diverter valve...and do it up with 30% tint and you're set with a good looking, and decently quick yet reliable daily driver!

start with blackout grill and smoked reflectors and sidemarkers from ecs tuning.
not too expensive and get the car looking money... especially on a red car.

c/o will replace your stock shock/springs. It can stiffen the ride and will lower the ride height to handle better....that is, flatter through the corners. The advantage of c/o is that you can custom tune the ride height to personal preference.

bump...any choices made yet for your mods? I just purchased an 08 2.0 sline myself....got the dealer to go with the ceramic tints ...guy said it was 20% but ehh...its real clean though. i used to have 10% all around in my civic and it was not that good for looking around at night but the B**** looked clean. this tint is nice and not over powering and its still real easy to see out the windows when trying to park at night or going through a neighborhood avoiding kids and what not. i'm interested in chipping my car also understand i need to get a new DV and all that and still looking around.

imo - if your car is a daily driver and commute most of the time (like mine is) i say chip it but don't drop it...then you have a sleeper for when some punk kids try to race you in their 95 integras. haha....like a lot of people i knew growing up would do. but other than that, i think dropping your ride is still real nice....they look real tight when they lose an inch or two.

Get the retro cassette deck mod. It's totally dope. You can listen to Journey's 'Lights' over and over again by using the sick auto-reverse feature.

Well it's up to you but I can tell you the first mods I did, just got my audi about 2 months ago and I have done the following:

-DVD/Navigation/Rear View Camera (Kenwood 8120)
-35% Tint (Luminar, its a slightly reflective tint)
-Tail light tint smoke from headlightarmor.com

So far I am more than happy with my mods, once I pay off the credit cards for those mods my to do is the following:

-APR Chip w/new DV
-Carbonio
-Exhaust (Still not sure which one, I don't want to loud...)
-Shocks/Coilovers
-19' Rims
-ECode Bi-Xenons

It comes on automatically when I put it in reverse...
