Hey guys, I brought the this product to the attention of the B5 A4 community and thought I would share w/ you guys as well.

Interesting -- I'd get it just for the 2-step. But I think they're going to have a hard time preventing misfire codes and throwing the car into limp dick mode. If not, sign me up.

Well, I'm sure Jon will be the one to talk to about it but I can assure you that the Mazdaspeed 3 ECU is an evil whore and it works great on for us. Now I know the Bosch ECU's are PITA's too, especially when it comes to limp mode and codes so I don't know; but how awesome would it be to be able to launch your cars off 15-20 psi??? and do it easily?!?!

Seems like they do all their testing there... you should do it! At the very least, you come out with a free box.

im in MA and very interested in the 2 step. Launcjing in boost would be insane.

Come on there already is a two step launch control for our cars that works great! Google n2mb wotbox its 180$ for the l/c and no lift shift.

Works fine for me. Have had it for a couple years now. Have to have a custom tune so your car doesn't go into limp mode when you use it..

id imagine i would have to upgrade most of the drive line to handle constant on boost launches like that, id be breaking stuff left and right. ie axles and diff mounts. how has your stuff held up?

Hey Guys,

First post here, From me in the UK!

I'm having trouble with my WOTBOX..

It wont pass step two of the test page (Press the accelerator fully down box flashes Right., next (step 2) Press the clutch down and the light should go off and come back on, As if cutting revs..)

It doesn't work on my clutch position sensor, but i know that this is working (voltage tester) So what have i done wrong..?

First when i installed it, i got a problem with it not turning on if i didn't have the engine running, this turned out to be that i had connected it upto the wrong wire (Red/Green at the ECU as per the instruction) and it should've been connected to the Blue/Black at the ECU. It then powered up fine without the Engine running, but now wont cut the revs.. It did cut the revs once (but then continued to climb) when it was wired to the 'wrong' wire at the ECU..

Any help is great guys, I want vids to post up!

been there done that guys, N2MB look it up. 6 of my B5S4 friends all blew their tranys myself included. Yes, blowing 3' flames while wot shifting is fun. Paying 800+ in parts for a trany rebuild is not, but some of you are rich guys and can afford that kinda thing. Be smart and forget it.


PS- With 2step my best 60' was a 1.7
the runs i did prior to 2step were 1.6 60's

Ha you can tune to get 2-step launch control guys, this box isn't really needed. HOWEVER, please explain more about your 60' times?

I had one and the box kept wigging out. I used two different boxes and gave up. lol. It was fun but I had it on a 1.8t. I think only eurodyne offered the misfire delete CEL for 1.8t's
