Hey guys, i was confused on which spacers to get..so..My wheels are 19x8.5 5x112 bbs lm replicas(GTI offset which is 42 or 45mm)....So i mounted the fronts with random spacers and it took 12mm to clear them. They looked fine with the fender. I put the rears on and the wheels were sunken in badly...So now i ordered H&R 12mm Spacers for the fronts and 20mm for the rears. Is this set way off? Should i have gone 15mm fronts and 20mm rears?

I want my wheels to come out more and I know I need the help of spacers; wheels are stock and it is a quattro (will that prevent me from getting spacers?) I'd rather ask directly then search around topics, can someone direct me to the correct spacers to purchase for front and rear?

I would like the rear to be out more then the front if possible. Thanks

    such an ass! LOL

Re: So i got spacers, but

Spacers will not affect Quattro at all if any of you are wondering.

ArmanB7, if you already have 12mm spacers I would just use those for the front then go with 20mm in the rear. You don't want to poke out too much, or it will induce rubbing (if you're low enough) and also kick up a ton of tar on your paint all the time. I'm not sure what the perfect combo is, but tons of people are running your exact wheel size so wait for people to say what they have and how they like it, if not search for it.

and please please please please make sure you're running the correct seat extended lug bolts too
