New to AZ, A few questions...

Hey everyone, I'm new to AZ as well as Audis! I just picked up a superclean 2004 a4 1.8TQ w/ the Ultrasport Pkg and 6-Spd MT.

Only thing is that my A/C does not feel cold whatsoever. It just feels like it's a fan. What seems to be the problem?? I also saw something about 4" Vibrant Tips I can put on my car... where can I get those and are those even worth getting?? Also, what is the difference between the reg. sport suspension and the ultrasport suspension?

P.S. Where can I get a rear rs4 sway bar? and how much!

Hey, that sounds like me a month a ago...without the AC problem. You probably need more refrigerant. But I suggest taking it back to the dealer and have them check it out. Is this a CPO, Certified Pre-Owned vehicle? This should be covered under that warranty. There will be a $50 deductible, if it is. If you are losing refrigerant, it may also mean a leak, so it is better to have their HVAC to check the system out, it can also be the compressor, do/can you hear the compressor engaging when you turn on the AC? Welcome, to Audizine and like he said, the money pit.

If you are looking to mod, the first thing you should consider is chipping it. Unlike Hondas or Toyotas, CAI and Exhaust gives little BHP back for the money you invest, but for as little as $499 you can get at least 39 bhp and 40+ lbs of torque.

got one myself and im very happy about the gain in handling.

sport suspension and ultrasport suspension are the same. ultra sport is just aesthetics.
just google vibrant tips, also magnaflow has them on their website and yes the make the usp rear look much much better.

Tirerack for RS4 H-Sport sway (stiffer than OEM), f/r = ~$450

You might want to search A/C... there's a ton of threads about that exact topic. Every summer. It could be anything from no refrigerant to blown seals in your A/C compressor so it'd be best to have it checked out. If the compressor is gone, you could be looking at a grand new, so try and find one used (eBay or someone who's parting their car out).

Yep, welcome to the money pit indeed. I had NO intentions of modding my A4 when I bought it in January. Now, the bug has bit.
Not cheap to say the least.

Click on AC and click off ECON.

^ haha, ECON is off. There is 80k miles on it and it runs really smooth. Everything is clean and I got it for 16k including taxes. The car is not certified used Audi.

Can I get a rear sway bar from the Audi dealership? If so how much would it be?? Also, is anyone going to SOCALEUROOOO!!?!?
