    what to choose ? 18x8 / 18x9

    at my job i can get a very good deal on a set of wheels...ill show you what i can get.

    18x8 et35
    18x8 et45
    18x9 et45

    im leaning toward 4 18x9 because of the deep dish but i know i will have to run 10mm spacers is that right ???

    and will my pirelli 225/40/18 fit on the 9" ???? strech ??

    I would go 235/35/18 for the rears and 225/40/18 in the front. Those will not rub unless your car is really low. I would also go staggered. 18x8 in the front and 18x9 in the back.

    225 on a 9 will stretch nicely, not extreme, but it will look good

    anyone with a picture of 225/40/18 on a 9" would help...

    and the 45 ofset will not fit without spacers right ?

    i'm running 18x8 et 38 with 245/40 and i'm using 6mm spacers. my tires are almost even with my fenders and quarters. they stick out like 1 or 2mm

    i highly doubt 18x9 et 45 will fit even with big spacers
