Cam tensioner tool anyone have it ?!? help!

i have my cars valve cover off. dumbass, dylexsic me thought the tool was an internal engine part used to remove tension from the camshaft... when i read the instructions. but it turns out its really a tool. where can i get this? i want to buy it, or borrow it from local bay area person whom may have it.

i had one about 2 months ago when this guy did my timing belt but i let him keep the tool i bought...
figured i wouldn't need it.
