Looking at a 2004 Silver USP 37k on the odometer, 6spquattro. Guy says I can get it for 20,000 plus tax and dealer fees...what do you guys think???

not a bad price for a low mileage '04. just take a look at the bottom line with all costs included and if it's more than $22K at a dealer i'd just walk. i'm actually selling my '04 USP in navy/black interior 6spd fully loaded @ 47K miles with RS4 wheels in Denver if you're interested. send me a private message if you'd like to know more! i'm definitely cheaper than his price....
