between koni and neuspeed which springs offer a stiffer ride? and which one goes lower?

im not looking at H&R cuz i can get really really really good deals on koni and neuspeeds.

From what I've learned from my previous cars, I change both struts and springs to balance everything out. I'd go Koni.
