Hey everybody, we need your help please. This past Saturday a fellow VW lover was taken from us. Matthew R. Spiconardi was killed when he was struck by a drunk driver. Matt a.k.a. Spicoli loved working on cars and was often found behind a wrench on his best friends GTI. In order to help the Spiconardi family a car show and cruise will be held in Matts honor. The specifics of the event have been taken from his best friends myspace and if any more info is needed please ask. Please tell everyone you know, any help will be greatly appreciated.
MATTHEW R. SPICONARDI MEMORIAL CAR SHOW
Sunday july 27,
10 am - 6pm
Hasbrouk Park, Kingston NY
The days events will kick off at 10 am, trophys will be handed out to the top 3 cars judging is based on an over all check list.
There will be a concert headlined by "the nights last" possible 4 bands names TBA
Food, and non-alcoholic drinks willl be sold, no out side food or drink will be allowed.
No exceptions
There will be a minimum $10 donation at the gate to enter a show car and spectators will be asked to donate what they can,
The proceeds from this event will be given to the Spiconardi family on be half of all of matts close friends.
Please come out and show some support
At 6pm the events at the park will end, everyone in the show will be lining up for a long cruise. close friends and family asked that myself and eric lead off the cruise with matts favorite 2 cars.
The cruise will go through matts favorite hang outs, barns and nobles, creeklocks rd, his fathers house on tremper ave, my house, 213 to 32 and out to newburgh back to wappingers where we will be passing his mothers house and making our final destination Dunkin Donuts in wappingers...wapps for a get to gether in his honor.
