So.....Im so close to getting these damn things but is it really worth it? Ive been telling myself you only live once but that doesnt seem to be enough. Also theres an E39 M5 im trying to kill but i dont want him to know till its too late. Any advice/suggestions?

I personally feel it's not worth lifting your motor to swap the turbos, e39 M5 sounds sick as well. If you're not happy with your current A6 just trade it in for something else. Just my .02

I will tell you right now. There are no E39 M5s out there that will beat 475+ Lb. Ft. or torque and an AWD drivetrain........

My buddy who drives a C5 corvette is pretty jealous of my car at this point. My car has backseats and a real trunk.

Is the dealership doing the swap then?

I'm just curious how they will handle it since the K04 is not the spec'd part for our motors. When I had mine done, the dealership wouldn't warranty the job since I used someone else's parts and they couldn't order them since it was a European part.
