Two quick questions.

Hey all,

Although I have been around for a bit this is my first time making a new thread. I think I may have found my new car but need ask a couple questions first. So without further adieu here we go:

1. What are the little silver things next to the fogs? I have never seen these before on any B7 A4.

2. Are these wheels stock? Again, I have never seen these on an A4.

Sorry if these are completely retarded questions...I'm just not as seasoned as some of you.

1. That is a non sline front fascia. These are painted body color.
The sline's have inserts.

2. Those are 08 OEM wheels.

i think he is asking about the intercoolers... you can see them well at that angle.... THey are the dual intercoolers to cool the compressed air that comes from the turbo and goes into the the intake manifold.... the air gets hot with from being compressed.

Thank you. I had never seen them before and didn't realize that is where the stock intercoolers are placed. Thanks for the response.

2. These are the wheels on the 08. Maybe they just look very very similiar.

those are actually similar to the 08's but the are not, these are the 08's

Hope that helps, but I believe those were standard OEM rims at some point.

yeah, those wheels were stock on the '06. my buddy had almost that exact car.
i've never seen those intercoolers down there before... but i don't have a turbo.
