    coilovers with a grinding sound

so i just installed my coilovers over the past two days. got them used and the colars were frozen/seized so after 2 cans of PB Blaster and the hammer and a bit of heat i got them all loosend.

I have the H&R and have 2.5inches of thread showing in front and 2.25inches in back having my ground to fender 25 front and 25.5 in back. I took the car out and over some small bumps only going like 2-3 mph like leaving my driveway i hear this grinding noise over bumps, its coming from the drivers front.

I did a search and didnt come up with much, just that it might be my sway bar?! but that doesnt make much sense.

    any ideas guys?
