APR, REVO and GIAC are pretty much all the same within a couple hp of one another and are considered "the big three". Lots of local tuner shops are authorized dealers/installers as well.

Unless Kraft foods or whatever they're called are significantly cheaper (maybe even not), I wouldnt stray from the big three.
    Just my thoughts

Well, if your location for different tuner, for more gains, they're all about the same. If your looking for and economical tuner, try InMotion Tuning. They're $200 for stage 1/1+. I don't know if they have a BT file, but you can email them.

trust me man, dont go with these small tuners...unless you really trust them or are friends w/ thw owner or something..

my car is flashed with Technine, and now they shut down and are no where to be found, and their tune wasnt exactly the best...i fixed my boost leaks and injector leak and all the problems and still only SPIKE at 15psi at 1+

Going custom tune soon i think.

Re: Anyone ever heard of these chip tuners? Kraftek

I'm was probably going APR (especially that the sale is on) anyway, but I found these guys while looking on craigslist for parts.

I got a response from them:

    HP Torque
    Stock Power 170 166
    KRAFTEK POWER 212 210
    Price: $600

    • DETAILS
A representative will be sent to a location of your choice. Upon arrival, they will perform basic diagnostic test of their equipment to ensure the reliability of the upgrade. If your car requires an off-site upgrade, the paragraph below will explain the situation.

    • OFF-SITE UPGRADE
If you are approved for an OFF-SITE UPGRADE, the unit has to be removed and sent to our programming facility in Germany. A representative will be sent to your location to uninstall the ECU, so you don’t have to do it. This makes it easier and more comfortable for you.
Once your ECU has been upgraded and arrived from Germany, the same representative will install it. Payment is made in halves; one upfront at the time of removal, and the last at the time of installation.

    • DIRECT-FLASH - APPROVED
If you are approved for DIRECT-FLASH tuning, we can perform the upgrade on the spot within 30 minutes. This is the easiest way to upgrade a qualifying car and is readily available for most makes and models. Payment is made upfront during the upgrade procedure.

    • FINAL NOTES
Please note that your car will become unusable for 5-7 business days if your ECU is removed. You will have to arrange for alternate transportation during this time.
If you wish to revert back to your previous ECU settings, you will receive a full refund minus an $80 rollback fee. This rollback fee covers materials to send the ECU back to our facility in Germany. If you chose DIRECT-FLASH, the rollback fee will be $50.

    • SHIPPING
We cover all shipping, packaging and material costs if you require an Off-Site Upgrade.
Shipping turnaround time is approximately 5-7 business days.
