My front passenger side window regulator went out a couple months ago and i just got around to buying a replacement. The guys at A&P Auto Specialties Parts Sales [[email protected]] hooked me up for around $40.

When I open up the door panel I see this huge plastic green cover covering most of the cables. What is this exactly? And do I need to remove it to do the installation? Thanks in advance...
